RelaxForget the big city life
Inn at the Ridge provides a casual, homey atmosphere for your time away from work and outside pressures.
Description of the Inn
The B&B location is a very rural and beautiful place, but still in close proximity to New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock, High Falls, Rosendale, and Stone Ridge. During all four seasons, there is always something to do and see, it's all here, within 45 minutes of the “Inn at the Ridge.”
Upon your arrival you will enter through the B&B’s back door into our farmhouse kitchen area. “The Inn at the Ridge” provides for you.... a private living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with coffee pot, microwave, Gas stove, and dishes for cooking a full size meal-if you wish. Our original porcelain farm sink, and decorative 1919 green farm stove adds to the charm of this kitchen.
Our 60-foot porch with rockers and wicker is a wonderful place to have your first morning cup of coffee or tea and just breathe in the fresh country air. And in the evening you might even consider opening that bottle of local wine that you purchased during your excursion on the Shawangunk Wine Trail.
We hope you enjoy your stay at Inn at the Ridge. Please make sure to read our House Policies and get in touch if you have any questions.
Inn at the Ridge / House Policies
These are our house policies. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We ask that Smokers use our 5 acres of beautiful Views to do their thing....please, not in, or near, the B&B.
All dogs should be up to date with vaccines, and it is advisable to have some type of flea and tick preventative. (It is the country after all.) We prefer not to have dogs at the breakfast table; unfortunately some dogs (of course not yours!) have issues when around other dogs and food. Your dog is free to roam the property, but please be sure to clean up after them. Also, if your pet does have an Accident indoors, we ask that you be responsible for any damage.
Each of our rooms comfortably accommodates 2 people, though we can add a cot for a 3rd if you notify us in advance, at $35.00 fee.
A Chef prepared breakfast is served on weekends only. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know at least a few days in advance of your stay. "During the week Guests" will have available for them an assortment of foods for your Breakfast needs. (Milk, bread, eggs, fruit, etc.) The B&B kitchen is always available for guests; we ask that you leave it as you found it. (An outdoor propane/charcoal/BBQ grill is also available.)
We require 48 hours notification if you have to cancel your reservations. There will be a 20% Fee. This 20% fee can then be used, at a later date, towards another visit to Inn at the Ridge.
